David Servoss — founder and creative director of Three Gold Tree — is an artist, world-builder, and facilitator with over 30 years of experience across the fine arts, film, television, and immersive design industries.

David’s career began in the blue-chip art world — fabricating, restoring, and facilitating work for renowned galleries (Barbara Gladstone, Deitch Projects), international exhibitions (Venice Biennale, Kwangju Biennale), and artists including Matthew Barney, William Kentridge, Tom Sachs, Mona Hatoum, and Bruce Nauman.

In parallel, David became a sought-after craftsman in film and television — helping to shape worlds on Stranger Things, The Avengers, Terminator: Salvation, Cowboys & Aliens, The Lone Ranger, and Independence Day: Resurgence, among many others. His work also spans fashion and design campaigns for XOXO, Gucci, and Victoria’s Secret.

Three decades of building environments, stories, and experiences have forged in David an expansive creative toolkit — one that brings narrative, craft, and cultural resonance to every project. He approaches world-building not as spectacle alone, but as an act of connection: where craft, meaning, and the human imagination meet.

Three Gold Tree now produces original works across multiple forms: The Firefly: A Tale of Light (mythic storybook), Brightfolk & Lorewell (storytelling objects), Ascension (immersive flight simulation), GoinHot505 (cultural apparel), and Museum Exchange (immersive art experience).

The studio exists to foster creative works that expand access, spark wonder, and honor the spirit of artistic integrity — for audiences of all backgrounds and abilities.

Whether crafting a storybook or an immersive experience, David remains dedicated to the essential craft of making — and to the timeless work of helping ideas take flight.

Three Gold Tree is a creative art house and IP studio - crafting stories, objects, experiences, that invite wonder and expand access to art.

Founded by artist and world-builder David Servoss, the studio draws on three decades of expertise across fine art, film, television, and immersive design — blending craft and narrative to bring new works into the world.
